Luz grew up surrounded by love, given the best education, and provided with the open path towards change for both of her peoples. As a Doesi Human hybrid being able to support both species meant a lot to her. Just before graduation the opportunity presented itself and she took it. Now, as a fully trained assassin, capable of doing things few other could her missions take her across known space.

Each mission shows her more about the organization she works with. Most just do their job and go home. Luz isn’t most people. Moving to the fringe changes everything.

Can she continue with the changes her organization dictates? Will she be the beacon of hope she wants to be?
